A charity, set up in memory of Conor Brown who was fatally stabbed in Sunderland in 2019, have helped bring the structure to Keel Square. The Knife Angel tours the UK in the hopes of teaching young people about the dangers of knives or blades. Andy Watson reports from Sunderland.
