Frankie the Tyne and Wear Fire & Rescue dog has received a Guard of Honour and special goodbye ahead of her retirement. The seven-year old Belgian Malinois has been an essential and dedicated member of the Urban Search and Rescue team since 2018. Featuring handler Steven Carr and Stuart Nicholson, Deputy Chief Fire Officer for TWFRS.
