A £65m project to redevelop the area around Peterborough's railway station could create 4,000 jobs and 700 homes, according to a masterplan. Plans include the refurbishment of the current entrance, a new western entrance, shops and a multi-storey car park. The document says the project has the ingredients to help the city "flourish". What do locals make of the city centre? Kate Moser Andon went to find out.
