Cancer survivors in Leicester say that running can help with a person's recovery. Holly Cave and Ellie Langworthy are members of '5k your way' - a running group where those who have received treatment for the disease can share their experiences, and get moving. They meet once every month, and Holly and Ellie told Ady Dayman how the group has helped them.
