An online forum for carers has reached over 500 members since being launched in December by a man in Longton. Joe Ndilla developed 'We Talk Care' for people to share stories, celebrate achievements and seek support in a safe space. Having worked in the care sector for over ten years, he understands the pressures his former colleagues are under. Â鶹Éç Radio Stoke's Matt Weigold reports from Joe's office in Burslem.
