Mum admits ending life of terminally ill son

Available for over a year

A mother has admitted giving her terminally ill son a large dose of morphine to stop his suffering and "quietly end his life". That's despite the fact that euthanasia 鈥 deliberately ending a person's life 鈥 is illegal in England. Anti-assisted dying group Care Not Killing campaigns for improvements to palliative care and argues that laws against euthanasia and assisted suicide should remain in place. 麻豆社 Radio Oxford's Sophie Law has been speaking to Antonya Cooper about her story.
