New legislation has been proposed in Colombia's parliament to ban anyone from selling merchandise linked to late drug baron Pablo Escobar. The move has angered some street vendors who sell merchandise often to tourists. Cristian Danilo Avendaño is a representative of Colombia's Green Alliance which has proposed the ban. In an excerpt, that has been voiced by a member of the Weekend's team, he explains why they want to introduce the ban.
