Stephanie Bridgwater is a mum of four; her second child, Lily, was diagnosed with pachygyria, a rare developmental disorder. Due to this condition, Lily also has cerebral palsy and respiratory problems, along with developmental delays. Steph is Lily's full-time carer and has spent the last decade raising awareness of her condition. Steph is a finalist for the Â鶹Éç CWR Make a Difference Carer Award.
