Redditch residents dismayed at ‘twice weekly’ post

Available for over a year

People of the Worcestershire town have told us they feel 'downgraded', and are 'convinced' that they only receive a 'part-time' service. Residents say letters and cards sent from family and friends take far too long to arrive, even when it's first class - with the local postie telling them they can't get down the street every day due to staffing problems. The statement adds that the company is 'in the process of training new staff'.
