Dale Hillier is the CEO and founder of the Veterans' Hub on the Isle of Wight - a non-profit CIC. Dale is one of the finalists for the Morning Live Community Award, in the 麻豆社 Radio Solent Make a Difference Awards for 2024. This Award is for people who have helped to genuinely change the lives of others within their community. Dale served in the Royal Navy and set up the Veterans' Hub to help others who have served in the Armed Forces. The Make a Difference Awards are your chance to say 鈥淭hank You鈥 and show recognition and appreciation for people who love to make life better for others. Nominations for the 2024 awards have now closed and finalists have been selected by a panel of judges. The winners will be announced at our 麻豆社 Radio Solent Make a Difference Awards ceremony in September.
