Interim boss Ryan Shawcross described his pride at leading a young Stoke City side to victory over Fleetwood Town in the EFL Cup. Stoke took the lead through a 54th minute Michael Rose goal but Fleetwood equalised in the 91st minute to take the game to penalties. The Potters triumphed 2-1 on penalties to advance to the last 16 of the competition. Â鶹Éç Radio Stoke's Sohail Sahi spoke with Shawcross after the match.
