Gabrielle had her first kidney transplant at the age of 7 due to an auto-immune disease. 16 years later she found herself needing another after further complications. Her mum Julie was a match and donated one of her kidneys. Gabrielle’s dad Robert spoke to Gayle Lofthouse about his amazing family.
