The Diocese of Truro says the tower is crumbling on St Paul's church on Tregolls Road, which makes it unsafe. Cornwall Council will have the final say on whether it can be knocked-down, because the Victorian building is grade two listed. Â鶹Éç Radio Cornwall's Political Reporter Seb Noble has more.
