Leicestershire County Council says they've been called out to 160 flood related incidents. The local authority's workers have been assessing roads, putting up road closure signs, and making sure paths are passable. It comes as a major incident was declared today by Leicestershire's fire and rescue service, because of the widespread flooding. An estimated three weeks of rain fell in the past 24 hours. Nigel Spencer is from Leicestershire & Rutland 4x4 Response. He joined Ben Jackson on a brief break from helping people all day.
