The details of the Pelicot trial shocked millions around the world, as we learned Gisèle Pelicot was drugged and raped by her husband, Dominique, who invited 50 men to their home to assault her as she slept. Emma Barnett exclusively speaks to Caroline Darian, the daughter of Gisèle and Dominique Pelicot. They talk about the moment Caroline found out about the rape of her mother by her father, her thoughts following the verdict, and when police showed her the explicit photos of herself taken by her father. You can watch a longer version of this interview - Pelicot Trial: The Daughter’s Story – on Â鶹Éç2 at 1900 on Monday 13th January, and on iPlayer.
