Stephen Lanza from Leek recovered from a life-changing crash after he was told he would never walk or work again. He went on to start Lanza's Ice Cream bikes in 2010 - 15 years later he's serving ice cream to the rich and famous. He says everything is positive considering he came from the depths of despair.
