Bob now lives in Cardiff, but wants to apologise to his childhood friend Susan Barnfield. Bob doesn't have any idea whether Susan still lives in the area, but he would love to reconnect with her. When Bob a thirteen year old boy he tried to impress Susan by swinging her beloved teddy bear through the air, the teddy sadly bashed its head on the fireplace and lost both of its glass eyes, something that has kept Bob awake a night since. Bob would love the opportunity to say sorry to Susan for the hurt that he caused back in their childhood school days. Bobs family lived in Blythe Cottage in Solihull. His father was a gardener at a substantial property adjacent, owned by Miss Elizabeth Jackson, also in Miss Jacksons employ was a cook or housekeeper called Mrs Barnfield, Bob's friend Susan was her daughter.
