Co-founder Phil Howarth launched Hawkridge Distillers from his garage. Now the business operates from a converted barn in Hampstead Norreys. Along the way, it also won 鈥淭he Best London Dry in England Award鈥 at the World Gin Awards. Phil has been telling to 麻豆社 Radio Berkshire's Kirsten O'Brien what he thinks makes a great gin.
