Henry Middleton from Newport spent his free time in the World War 1 trenches carving. Henry even crafted a bullet that had been extracted from his leg after he was shot. His grandson David said the carvings have now become a family heirlooms that will be treasured forever. �鶹�� Radio Shropshire’s Genevieve Tudor travelled back in time to the squalor of the Somme trenches in 1915.
