It is Pancake Day - a day where people make lots of pancakes with all sorts of toppings. Pancake Day is also known as Shrove Tuesday, which marks the start of the Christian festival of Lent. The tradition of making pancakes on Shrove Tuesday comes from families using up all ingredients in their cupboards so that they can start Lent the next day. But what are the best ways to make the perfect pancakes? Leicester chef Darren Creed and Cassie Best from 麻豆社 Good Food gave 麻豆社 Leicester's Ady Dayman their top tips.
