Applicants from outside the EU have been sponsored on skilled work visas in numbers never before seen. Lee-Ann Fenge is an expert in this area. She's professor of social care at the University of Bournemouth and has published and research in this area. She spoke to Â鶹Éç Radio Solent's Lucy Ambache.
