Family of Derbyshire biker who died sue council

Robert Newcombe from Ilkeston died in a motorbike accident and his family is now suing North Northamptonshire Council. A coroner said he lost control of his bike because of a degraded road surface. Â鶹Éç Radio Derby's Andy Twigge has been speaking to Robert's son, John. North Northamptonshire Council is denying liability.
