Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood says she is extending a trial of chemical castration across 20 prisons across the country, and will explore whether to make what has been a voluntary treatment mandatory. The World At One's Sarah Montague talks to Professor Don Grubin, an Emeritus Professor of Forensic Psychiatry at Newcastle University and also a consultant to the NHS England Medical Management of Sexual Arousal programme, about the proposed trial.
