Current members of a US squadron that flew from a Berkshire air base on D-Day have climbed aboard one of its wartime aircraft, as it undergoes restoration. The plane - nicknamed "Night Fright" - was heading for a scrapyard in Arkansas when it was bought by the family who own its former wartime base, RAF Membury. The Â鶹Éç's Joe Campbell was there as the current squadron explored its history.
