The 'fiercely loyal' Carrot is in the running for Senior Cat of the Year, at the Cats Protection National Cat Awards. Her owner, Charlotte Warren, says she adopted the older feline when she was 'the saddest cat at the rescue centre', but now is so happy in her new home. She tells Tammy Gooding how Carrot is lapping up the publicity, and creating incredible memories.
