Hill Biscuits started as a cake shop in 1855, and now employs over 300 people at their factory in Ashton-under-Lyne. Each day they make between five and eight million biscuits, and the store has been ran by four generations. Âé¶¹Éç Radio Manchester's Richard Stead has the story.
