Hope helps to look after her older disabled brother, as well as supporting her mum around the house with tasks. Hope has ambitions to help more people in the future by being a Special Educational Needs (SEN) teacher. Â鶹Éç CWR's Phil Upton caught up with Hope and her mum, Jade, to talk about the difference Hope is making.
