A few weeks ago, we started the search for Arthur Simms from Rupert Street, after a bundle of love letters from him to his girlfriend Janet were found in a canal in Birmingham. After seeing coverage of the letters on the news, Arthur and Janet came forward and have now been reunited with the letters. Joan Cummins went to meet them.
