'Why hasn't my mother's pension been paid for a year?'

Mervis Stanley, who's 87 and now lives in Jamaica, hasn't received any of her money since June 2024, but her daughter Annetta, who lives in Herefordshire, still hasn’t been told why the pension was stopped.
