Many of us regularly use Cornwall's Household Waste and Recycling Centres. Suez, which runs them for Cornwall Council, is reporting a big rise in verbal and physical abuse on staff. Simon Collett works at the Bodmin site and has been speaking to Â鶹Éç Radio Cornwall's David Dixon about a particularly shocking incident.
