Rediscovering the eccentric world of the 1980s 'Blitz Kids'
London UncoveredAvailable for over a year
At the turn of the 80s, it was the regular hangout for the likes of Spandau Ballet, Boy George and Gary Numan - before they were famous. The Blitz club in Covent Garden helped shape the fashion, the music, and the pop culture of the decade - and now the venue's being celebrated in a exhibition at the Design Museum in Kensington. The 麻豆社's Entertainment Correspondent Colin Paterson has gone to the exhibition and spoken to some of the people who were there. Blitz: the club that shaped the 80s鈥 opens at the Design Museum in London and is open from September 2025 to March 2026. (Image credit: Getty Images)
