If you’ve been down to Gwithian beach recently, you may have spotted something a little different among the waves and sand dunes - free yoga sessions, open to all, right there on the beach. They’re the brainchild of Kelly from the Kabyn Café, who’s been bringing a sense of calm and community to the coast all year round.
