Business owners in Ludlow say the former Costa Coffee building is an eye-sore for locals and tourists. Tania Hughes from Fenella, a shop opposite the site said: "It's appalling, it looks shabby, and it just generally looks like it's falling down." The Town council say they've even had reports of debris and glass falling onto the street. Shropshire Council say they are working with the owner to carry out repairs, but it isn't considered a dangerous structure.
