Therapy dog 'life changing' for autistic boy
Available for over a year
Dogs have long worked alongside humans in a variety of assistance roles,  from guiding people with visual impairments to supporting those who are physically disabled, deaf and hard of hearing. More recently, they’ve become a vital support for mental health, neurodiversity, and emotional well-being. Steve Harris spoke to Carl Draper, whose 8-year-old son is autistic and ADHD and he says their therapy dog Frank has completely transformed their lives.
