The regulator Ofgem, has announced an unexpected rise in the energy price cap from January, of 0.2%, but what does that mean for the average household? Prices will be slightly lower than the same period the previous year but many of us may feel that's not enough. Simon Francis is from the End Fuel Poverty Coalition campaign group. He joined Anna Foster to explain more about what this means.
