James Cook UTC drops A&E attendance by a third

James Cook University Hospital's Urgent Treatment Centre has helped ease attendance at A&E by a third in the last year. The unit, which opened in 2024, treats up to 170 patients a day. Urgent Treatment Centre manager Jenny Goodman spoke to reporter Louise Hobson.
