Over 200 cases are being investigated at County Durham and Darlington Foundation Trust. A Âé¶¹Éç Investigation into breast cancer care provided by Durham and Darlington NHS Trust has learned more than 200 patients have been harmed and 43 have suffered significant harms. Reports into the trust have highlighted problems including missed cancers and mastectomies that may not have been necessary. One death is also being examined.
