The story of the original FA Cup trophy which was stolen in Birmingham and never seen again. In 1895, Aston Villa beat West Bromwich Albion 1-0 in the final and lifted the famous trophy. A Villa fan – who made footballs - was then allowed to display the cup in his shop window. Disaster struck when the trophy was stolen by burglars in the middle of the night.
