Chris Hughes set up 'Men Rebuilding Men' to provide support for men's mental health. Chris had his own mental health struggles, and was inspired by NHS figures that state 7 in 10 men have experienced anxiety, stress or depression during the winter, but fewer than half ever speak up about it.
