In December, the Government of Jersey launched the 'Jersey Play Plan', designed to protect every child's right to rest, relax and play — and to make the island a more youth-friendly place to grow up.  Our reporter, Emma-Jayne Blackman spoke to Assistant Minister for Children and Families, Deputy Malcom Ferey, about why this scheme is so important.
