Bucks told to build 95,000 more homes

Available for over a year

The target set by the government has to be met over the next twenty years. In a critical letter to Buckinghamshire Council, the housing minister Matthew Pennycook demanded a development scheme be published by 11th March 2026, with a view to submitting a revised local plan – to include the building of homes – by the end of the year.
