Hanley Town Hall, which has been empty for years but now has early plans for restoration from its new owner, Simon Edwards, submitted to Stoke-on-Trent City Council. He and content creator Beth Harding are also appealing for public memories of the Town Hall, from weddings to civic events, to help build a documentary celebrating its history and support its revival.
