Police said they are currently investigating a video which appears to show anti-migrant activist Daniel Thomas, known as Danny Tommo, slashing at an inflatable vessel in the English Channel with a knife. There were no migrants on board at the time of the incident, as they had already been picked up by the RNLI lifeboats. Home Affairs correspondent Daniel Sandford explains the story. Photo credit: PA
