People affected by stroke, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, neurological conditions, trauma, bereavement, injury and other major life changes are invited to join gentle weekly dance classes in Sheffield. The sessions are open to carers, family members and loved ones too, offering a welcoming space to stay active, build confidence, improve wellbeing and connect with others. The classes are funded by Sheffield Hospitals Charity.
