More details are emerging on the individuals involved in the Sri Lanka bomb attacks. Authorities in the country say that the man believed to have masterminded the bombings - Islamist preacher Zahran Hashim - was killed in one of the attacks in Colombo. President Xi Jinping of China has opened a meeting of more than thirty world leaders in Beijing, for the second summit to discuss China's ambitious global investment and infrastructure programme known as the Belt and Road initiative. President Putin of Russia and others are attending the summit. Washington is close to becoming the first US state to allow the composting as an alternative to burial or cremation of human bodies. It could be cheaper and more environmentally friendly.
