They have accused the foreigners, mostly Nigerians, of trading in the country illegally, an allegation the traders deny; Ethiopia and Egypt agree to US mediation to resolve their differences over the Ethiopia dam; and excitement is in the air ahead of Saturday鈥檚 rugby World Cup final in Tokyo where England will be playing South Africa.
