In
this image of Teesmouth National Nature Reserve you can see Hartlepool
power station, and the various chemical works at Seal Sands on the
skyline.
The
tide is fully in in the photo, but at low tide the area is transformed
into a huge mudflat, and seals can be seen from the English Nature
hide overlooking the bay.
