Douglas is a regular train traveller from Milton Keynes to Euston. He talks about travelling as a wheelchair user: having to book his travel in advance and allowing enough time to park and get to the platform, and getting off the train and trying to hail a taxi at the other end - are some of the challenges he faces.

Anon I think that maybe the government needs to look at making things easier for disabled people in regards to transport.
