Sarah's a fitness instructor. She makes her living encouraging others to get fit, but how much of a healthy lifestyle does she lead. Here she takes the brave decision to go through her fridge. It's all fruit juice and vegetables, and she's also keen on homegrown food. But there are also a few suprises in there!
