Ellie visits her favourite place - the Norfolk beach where she has been going since she was a teenager. It was her private place, where she could unwind and sit for hours and hours. Now she brings her children here for walks or comes when she's stressed out. It's the best therapy and it's free.

I love the beach too, it is the only place that I can sit on my own and think. But I rarely get the chance to go to the beach!
